My Niece brought this book for me as a thank you gift for staying with us. Its more of a skim for ideas book rather than a read cover to cover. I particularly enjoyed the section on Purpose and Fulfilment. I know that particularly for Men the lack of making a meaningful contribution and earning an income through work can come as a real culture shock. Your identity can be very intertwined with your work but deep down, our sense of purpose comes from within. I prefer to think of it more as a transition to a new life phase, like getting a new job.
